Dr Cliff Mboya
Research DirectorDr. Cliff Mboya is an international relations practitioner and consultant on Africa China US relations. He has a vast experience in diplomacy and strategic communication. He earned his PhD in International Politics from Fudan University (China). He holds a Masters degree in Development communication from the University of a Nairobi and a M.A in International Relations and Journalism from the United States International University (USIU).
